What is included in a standard cleaning?
Our standard cleaning covers all the essentials to keep your home or office fresh. This includes dusting all surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning mirrors, and a thorough sanitization of bathrooms and kitchen surfaces (counters, sinks, and appliance exteriors).

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
That is entirely up to you! Many of our clients provide a key or an entry code, while others prefer to be present. If you won't be home, we just ask that you provide instructions on how to enter and secure your property when we leave.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. For your peace of mind and protection, we are fully insured and bonded. We take every precaution to treat your space with the utmost care.

Can I request eco-friendly products?
Absolutely. While we use high-quality standard cleaners for maximum efficiency, we offer an eco-friendly option for those who prefer plant-based products. We use trusted brands like Attitude and Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day for these requests. Please let us know at the time of booking if you’d like the eco-friendly kit used.

Do you provide your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring all the necessary professional-grade equipment and supplies. However, if you have a specific product you would like us to use on a particular surface, just let us know and leave it out for us.

How do I pay for my service?
We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards and online transfers. Payment is generally due at the time the service is completed.

Should I do anything with my pets?
We love pets! However, for the safety of your animals and our team, we recommend keeping them in a comfortable, secure area (like a crate or a specific room) while we are cleaning, especially if they are prone to escaping or get anxious around vacuums.
